Oversee construction, renovation, and maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Develop, manage, and update project schedules to meet deadlines & milestones. Manage a team of workers and contractors.
- Adequate knowledge of Civil Terms.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, documenting project status, issues, and resolutions.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, and materials used.
- Identify opportunities for improving construction processes, techniques, and technologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Promote and implement sustainable construction practices where possible.
