We're Hiring: Junior Data Science/ Gen AI Analyst

Location: Chennai / Pune (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 3–5 years

You'll Drive

  • End-to-end development of RAG systems & Agentic AI components.
  • Debugging complex AI/ML pipelines in production environments.
  • Collaborating with teams to integrate practical solutions.

Ideal Profile

  • 3-5 years in Data Science/ML, with 1.5-2 years hands-on Generative AI experience and/or Machine Learning (model building).

  • Proven RAG or machine learning skills (implementation, debugging, optimization).

  • Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks (practical exposure preferred over theory).

  • Python expertise—clean code, debugging mastery, and pipeline troubleshooting.

  • LeetCode/HackerRank profiles? Huge plus

  • Obsessive learner who stays ahead of AI trends.
