About the Role

This IT Manager role is part of the Dealer Experience team within the Solution Reliability group and involves responsibilities related to ordering, invoicing, gATP, and SPP.

• This role is primarily responsible for incorporations of Operations Control Center (OCC) concept to identify proactive ways to minimize the business disruption

• Comprehensive understanding of Service Parts Management (SPM) end-to-end integration points

• Extensive supply chain experience with the ability to deliver data insights for SPM business functions.

• Builds strong business relationships with the dealer-facing team and Operations.

• Responsible for development of staff, assistance in career development planning including responsibility for the motivation of staff to meet objectives, formal performance evaluation of staff and is accountable for accomplishment of group objectives.

• Plays an integral role in enhancing system efficiency, reducing costs, and improving quality by collaborating closely with Logistics Information Systems (LIS) management, Business Managers, Division Managers, and customer management

• Contribute to the objective-setting and business planning processes, supporting the effective allocation of resources and promoting customer satisfaction.

• Formulates comprehensive action plans for the current year and demonstrates a clear understanding of objectives for the upcoming year.

• Accountable for supplying the necessary tools to facilitate all business processes and operations within CAT Distribution Centers.

• Consistently implement best practices, tools, and applications to boost IT team productivity and ensure quick turnaround for excellent customer experience.

• Responsible for maintaining ownership of SPM Production Systems and implementing a governance process to manage both planned and unplanned system downtime, with the goal of achieving optimal system availability.

• Tracks and analyzes section budgets related to payroll and indirect expenses, ensuring alignment with division budget goals.

• Accountable for guiding division personnel to adapt effectively to an evolving and challenging future.

• Responsible for implementing AI initiatives for incident resolution through artificial intelligence.

• This position requires working onsite five days a week.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Knowledge in Supply Chain Management

• Strong understanding of Service Parts Management.
