Sales Executive-Pharma

The Sales Executive will work independently as well as alongside our sales team to help build our business in the domestic market. The main responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
• Actively seek out new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and utilizing social media platforms.
• Schedule meetings with potential clients, understand their needs, and address any concerns they may have.
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and product demonstrations.
• Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences.
• Negotiate and close deals, handling complaints or objections effectively.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
• Create and maintain a customer database for current and future sales prospects. Candidate Requirements:
• Hold a graduate degree in any specialization.
• Possess 1-2 years of prior sales experience, with at least 1 year in Fragrance & Flavour raw materials.
• Proficient in English, with excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Curious and driven to learn new things.
• Ability to work independently.
