As a Lead Data Analyst on our client's Business Intelligence Team, you'll be at the heart of their data-driven transformation. You'll work alongside the Commercial, Technical Project Management, Operations, and Customer Success teams, helping to craft solutions that drive growth, uncover trends, and optimize performance across a diverse, global client base. This role in Mumbai offers an ideal opportunity to partner with cross-functional experts, making impactful contributions every day.

Your Mission:

  • Dig deep into complex datasets, spotting trends and patterns that reveal where the company can grow next.
  • Provide stakeholders with actionable insights that shape decisions across the business.
  • From advanced data models to intuitive dashboards, create analytical assets that drive key metrics and elevate performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requests into meaningful analytics briefs.
  • Leverage advanced models and reports to identify insights that steer business strategy.
  • Build and manage rich, interactive visualizations that pull together data insights from diverse sources.
  • Answer key business questions, proactively looking for ways to boost efficiency and productivity.
  • Work closely with data engineers to create assets that support automation, advanced analytics, and machine learning.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years in data analysis, including mining, evaluation, and visualization.
  • Advanced SQL and Excel skills, plus the ability to master other analytical tools.
  • Skilled in presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • A detail-oriented, proactive thinker with a passion for identifying growth opportunities.
  • Strong ability to simplify complex insights for a broad audience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Advanced SQL skills for working with data warehouses (Redshift, Hive, SparkSQL, Athena).
  • Proficiency in analytical programming (Python) and data visualization tools (preferably Tableau).
  • Software engineering fundamentals (Git, GitHub) to keep your code production-ready.
