Your Impact on our Mission
You'll strengthen the reliability and automation of Zocdoc's financial ecosystem by ensuring stable, scalable, and secure data flows between systems like NetSuite, Coupa, ADP, Salesforce, and banking platforms. Your work keeps financial operations accurate, auditable, and efficient — powering better decisions and enabling the finance team to move at the speed of Zocdoc.

Your day-to-day is…

• Monitor Celigo dashboards, alerts, and flow logs to detect and resolve issues
• Troubleshoot data and API errors across financial platforms
• Optimise system performance through concurrency, scheduling, and endpoint tuning
• Design, test, and deploy new or enhanced integrations following governance standards
• Develop automated test routines and maintain version control documentation
• Partner cross-functionally to align priorities, support audits, and ensure compliance
• Maintain secure configurations and enforce least-privilege access across all tools

You'll be successful in this role if you have…

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Celigo or similar iPaaS tools (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft)
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with iPaaS tools and financial systems integrations.
• Strong technical knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and data mapping
• Experience integrating NetSuite, Coupa, ADP, or other financial systems
• Proven track record managing production integrations under SOX/ITGC environments
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Celigo Advanced Certification (preferred)
