Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard channel partners / resellers / system integrators across India
- Develop and execute channel sales strategy to expand market presence
- Conduct partner qualification, business discussions, and commercial negotiations
- Train partners on product features, pricing, positioning, and sales process
- Enable partners with demos, sales tools, marketing collateral, and proposals
- Act as a single point of contact for all channel partners
- Drive partner engagement, motivation, and performance
- Monitor partner activities, leads, conversions, and revenue
- Ensure partners follow company pricing, branding, and compliance guidelines
- Coordinate with internal sales, support, and product teams for partner success
- Resolve partner escalations and support issues
- Review partner performance and take action on inactive partners
- Prepare weekly/monthly channel sales reports and forecasts
Preferred candidate profile
- 25 years of experience in Channel Sales / Partner Management
- Experience in Hospitality Software / SaaS / ERP / POS / Hotel IT solutions preferred
- Proven experience in recruiting and managing channel partners
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to build long-term partner relationships
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions
