Lead Jira development activities including workflow customisation and plugin integration (e.g. Scriptrunner, Tempo, MISC, JSU, Assets). Participate in project ceremonies and contribute to design and implementation discussions. Share knowledge and train new joiners and junior team members. Monitor and manage changes in regression tests and provide accurate task estimations. Support project and programme reporting and planning. Ensure technical delivery aligns with strategic direction and customer experience goals. Proven expertise in Jira development and workflow customisation. Experience with Jira Data Centre, wiki upgrades, and disaster recovery planning. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Telecommunications. Ability to influence delivery cost, time, and quality across multiple projects. High-level technical knowledge in virtual computing, networking, and UC applications. Capable of balancing technical creation with operational execution.
