Role & responsibilities
Logistics Movement Monitoring:
- Track and oversee daily logistics activities, including the status of shipments and container movements.
Shipping Line Coordination:
- Coordinate with shipping lines to secure bookings at the lowest possible cost while maintaining high service standards.
Customs Clearance and Permits:
- Follow up on cargo quantity permits through "Mawani" and FASAH systems, ensuring daily updates and compliance.
Customs Declaration and Export:
- Monitor customs declarations and ensure containers are exported within the same loading month.
Debt Coordination:
- Collaborate with the receivables officer to align logistics activities with payment schedules and customer accounts.
Invoice & Loading Coordination:
- Ensure synchronization between the invoice issuer and actual loading based on customer requirements.
Contract Loading Alignment:
- Coordinate loading schedules according to contract dates to meet client expectations and contractual terms.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years in logistics operations, preferably in international shipping or customs clearance.
- Good knowledge of inco terms, bill of lading etc.
- The position is specifically to work at client's office in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. Client's industry is WEEE recycling
