Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Hardware Designer based in Chennai. The Senior Hardware Designer will be responsible for developing and designing hardware components, crafting electronic circuit designs, and contributing to electronics hardware development. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful design, testing, and deployment of hardware systems while addressing client requirements and industry standards.

Roles & Responsibilities.

  • Proficiency in Hardware Development, Hardware Design.
  • Expertise in Electronics and Circuit Design / Schematic Design
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Responsible to manage the Hardware team, PCB Designers and deliver the hardware projects.
  • Testing & validation of prototype and deliver
  • Hands on experience with designing IoT products/ Automation Products / Communicating Devices will be an add on advantage.
  • Product Requirement Analysis, planning cost effective BOM for the projects.
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams (Firmware, Testin & Validation & Software Teams).
  • Experience with design tools and software relevant to hardware and circuit development
  • Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and meet project deadlines
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in hardware design roles is highly desirable.
