Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers in planning, tracking, and delivering data product initiatives using Agile methodologies.
  • Support the facilitation of Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Help maintain and update the product backlog by capturing requirements, user stories, and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and business users to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, and prepare status updates and reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure documentation of project activities, decisions, and learnings is maintained accurately.
  • Contribute to quality assurance efforts by supporting defect tracking and resolution processes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and suggesting enhancements.
  • Learn and apply best practices in Agile project management and data governance.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
