Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert career counseling to students and working professionals for engineering software and GATE preparation programs
  • Guide and support junior team members in achieving their individual admission targets, while maintaining strong leadership and team coordination
  • Support juniors with regular feedback, training, and motivation to enhance their counseling and conversion performance
  • Ensure consistent lead conversion through structured follow-ups, personalized counseling, and clear communication of course benefits
  • Utilize CRM tools, Excel, and other systems effectively to manage inquiries, monitor follow-ups, and maintain accurate conversion records
  • Possess strong hands-on experience in using CRM tools for tracking both individual and team performance metrics
  • Coordinate closely with academic teams to ensure smooth admissions, student onboarding, and actionable campaign feedback
