We are looking for an Electronics Sourcing Manager who will take ownership of sourcing and scaling our consumer electronics portfolio. The role requires a balance of technical expertise, sourcing acumen, and an eye for consumer experience. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, passionate about fitness, and able to navigate both domestic and international sourcing ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing of health & fitness electronics: massage guns, compression massagers, massage devices, treadmills, and more.
  • Evaluate, test, and validate product quality to ensure international-grade performance and reliability.
  • Navigate BIS and other compliance requirements with expertise, ensuring smooth approvals and certifications.
  • Manage customs clearance and documentation in coordination with the logistics team for seamless imports.
  • Collaborate with design and brand teams to deliver packaging and product experiences that match Boldfit's premium standards.
  • Negotiate with vendors, manage supplier relationships, and secure best possible terms while ensuring consistent quality.
  • Travel to China and other global trade fairs to source, benchmark, and identify upcoming technologies and partners.
  • Apply first principles thinking to solve challenges and build scalable sourcing processes.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in electronics sourcing, ideally in consumer electronics or fitness categories.
  • Strong understanding of testing, validation, and certification for electronic products.
  • Knowledge of BIS regulations and import compliance.
  • Practical experience in managing customs clearance and documentation.
  • Taste and eye for detail in packaging, product design, and overall consumer experience.
  • Passion for sports, health, and fitness.
  • A builder's mindset – analytical, entrepreneurial, and willing to challenge the status quo.
  • Open to international travel.
