Graphic Designer (Fashion Communication)

Location: Chennai (Full-time, On-site)

Reporting to: Senior Designer / Marketing Head

Were hiring a passionate and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who has completed a

Fashion Communication degree from NIFT (or equivalent design school). If you're someone

who loves visual storytelling, has a strong aesthetic sense, and wants to apply your design

skills in a fast-paced retail and D2C brand environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create digital creatives for social media, website banners, WhatsApp campaigns,

emailers, and in-store branding.

  • Work closely with the senior designer and marketing team to develop campaign assets

for product launches, sales, and new collections.

  • Assist in designing lookbooks, presentations, and visual merchandising collaterals.
  • Support the development of internal communication creatives (HR, franchise, employee

engagement, etc.).

  • Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines across all formats.
  • Be proactive in contributing fresh visual ideas, layout suggestions, and reference styles.

What You Need to Have

  • A degree in Fashion Communication (preferably from NIFT).
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and composition.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • A good eye for photography, color palettes, and styling.
  • Ability to understand brand tone and apply it across creatives.
  • Eagerness to learn, take feedback positively, and work collaboratively.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Prior internship or freelance experience in fashion/retail/e-commerce brands.
  • Motion graphics or basic video editing skills.
  • Exposure to campaign design, branding, or art direction during college projects.
