Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Develop detailed understanding of platform vendor's out-of-the box (OOTB) digital solutions applicable to the Vehicle Development function

• Facilitate configuration of vendor OOTB digital solutions and refinement of NPD processes & ways of working in conjunction with relevant stakeholders
• Own business process and workflows; develop and present business case for customizations (if any – post discussions with relevant stakeholders)
• Act as a liaison b/w Mahindra and vendor (platform, SI) to guarantee high-quality deliverables and adherence to Mahindra's project standards
• Identify and address potential risks/ bottle necks, ensuring project adherence to timelines through effective mitigation strategies and stakeholder coordination
• Sign off on UATs for finalized vendor soln. roll out; ensure sign off of business processes from respective functional leaders and sponsors
• Ensure effective user training, evaluate system performance and incorporate user feedback to drive digital solution adoption across users
• Document issues, associated learnings and best-practices for applicable vendor digital solutions to enable continuous process improvements
• Own PMO & end-to-end implementation of relevant vendor digital solutions for a given platform; ensure adherence to KPIs & roll out in future programs

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with significant focus on

vehicle development from concept to production of vehicles

• 8+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in spearheading

implementation projects successfully, with a proven ability to collaborate

effectively across diverse organizational domains

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Automotive, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical

Engineering, Computer Science or a related field

• Professional certifications/ Diploma in mechanical/ electrical engineering or

similar credentials are beneficial

General Requirements

• Proficiency in using or implementing vehicle benchmarking tools like ICEBERG,

A2MAC1

• Ability to run tests, undertake benchmarking and target setting at vehicle,

system level; co-relate b/w project req. & system deliverables - translate

customer req. and market trends into vehicle concepts and specifications

• Deep know-how of vehicle dynamics like ride handling, comfort, NVH, and

performance characteristics

• Provide technical expertise and leadership to address technical challenges,

resolve issues, and optimize vehicle designs throughout the development

process
