Job Responsibilities

  • Providing round-the-clock care to premature and severely ill newborn infants and Gynae patinets (Pre OP & post OP)
  • Caring for the basic needs of infants; for example, feeding and changing diapers.
  • Performing medical procedures; for example, inserting intravenous lines, performing tests, and administering medications.
  • Using and adjusting specialized medical equipment.
  • Formulating nursing plans and evaluating the effectiveness of treatments.
  • Comforting ill newborns and anxious parents and family members.
  • Offering support to parents and family members and educating them on the at-home care.

Requirements:

  • A Registered nursing license.
  • GNM or BS.c in nursing.
  • 1-3 years Experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to offer emotional support to parents, guardians, and family members.
  • Working knowledge of NICU/Gynae specialized equipment.
  • The ability to work in a team.
  • The ability to offer comfort to ill newborns.
