Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled
Chartered Accountant

with
over 5 years of post-qualification experience

to
Lead & join

our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, statutory compliance, audits, taxation, and overall financial health of the organization. This role requires strong analytical ability, leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

(i)

Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind-AS)
.

(ii)

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

(iii)

Coordinate and manage internal and statutory audits, liaising with auditors and ensuring timely closure of observations.

(iv)

Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements.

(v)

Implement and strengthen internal financial controls.

(vi)

Handle direct and indirect taxation matters including tax planning, filing of returns, assessments, and appeals.

(vii)

Develop budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support business decision-making.

(viii)

Conduct cost analysis and identify areas for optimization.

(ix)

Prepare MIS reports and provide insights for strategic planning.

(x)

Oversee working capital management, cash flow forecasting, and fund utilization.

(xi)

Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.

Key Skills & Competencies:

(i)

Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS), IFRS, and Companies Act provisions.

(ii)

Expertise in Direct & Indirect Taxation, GST, and Transfer Pricing.

(iii)

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

(iv)

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

(v)

Strong

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications:

(i)

Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

(ii)

5+ years of post-qualification experience in Accounting, Taxation, Audits, and Compliance.

(iii)

Prior experience in a reputed IT Company/ Listed firm is desirable.
