Job Title: Software Engineer / Developer Identity & Access Management

Location: Pune / Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 10+ Years

Job Summary:

Are you passionate about designing and building next-generation business applications using modern technologies? Were looking for a Software Engineer/Developer to join our Security Engineering team, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This role involves developing secure, scalable applications, refining user requirements, and contributing to the full software development lifecycle in a global, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technology solutions that solve business problems and enhance digital capabilities.
  • Analyze business requirements related to Identity and Access Management.
  • Design, plan, and develop sustainable solutions using modern programming languages.
  • Provide technical recommendations for new software initiatives and enhancements.
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, and participate in application architecture and design.
  • Ensure operational controls and procedures are in place for production deployments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in IAM or security domains.

  • Proficiency in:

  • Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Maven

  • Oracle / MS SQL Server, PL/SQL / T-SQL
  • Web Services (SOAP/REST), Junit, GitHub

  • Apache/Tomcat, UNIX Shell Scripting

  • Experience with LDAP/Active Directory is desirable.

  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure infrastructure is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, secure coding practices, and enterprise-grade software delivery.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in regulated environments such as banking or financial services.
  • Familiarity with IAM frameworks, access control models, and security standards.
  • Ability to produce clean, stable, and well-performing code.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
