Job Description:
  • Project managing the implementation of new global processes or programs with the vendor.
  • Project Management tool - MPP, JIRA, Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool, DevOps tool.
  • Having total ownership and end to end delivery experience in project with hands on .MVC, Web Technologies (Angular, JavaScript, jQuery) Visual Studio and Mobile Apps Android, IOS.
  • API Tool - Postman.
  • Testing - Unit testing, Integration testing.
  • Data Transformation & Reporting Tools - SSIS, SSRS, Crystal Report .
  • Database - SQL Server/NoSQL databases.
  • Build operational project plans ensuring they are effectively planned and well-organized.
  • Manage the Shared services operating model through forecasting, planning, deploying and training the resources.
  • Manage the transition, knowledge transfer & process reengineering with our outsourced partner.
  • Effectively manage the day-to-day operations (queue) with the outsourced service provider.
  • Design reporting standards for operational metrics, service level requirements and process KPIs.
  • Provide quality checks - monitoring performance against service level agreements and addressing any issues through corrective action plans around KPIs.
  • Make fast, high-quality decisions that strengthen the company.
  • Think like an owner and have an impact outside of your core functions by demonstrating leadership, providing leverage and producing results that will help effectively scale.
  • Invest heavily in the team, growing and finding success in the job by learning from one another's experiences and actively working to improve.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
