Technical Content Writer - Academic Research

Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Technical Content Writer specializing in Academic Research.

The role involves producing high-quality technical and academic content, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining consistency.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Academic & Research Technical Content Writer to join our freelance team. In this role, you will create high-quality academic and technical content, including assignments, research papers, theses, and technical documentation.

You will be expected to write in-depth, factual, and original content on a variety of advanced technical topics. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in engineering or computer science who have a strong command of technical writing and research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop well-researched academic content for assignments, research papers, and theses.
  • Write technical articles and documentation on topics such as Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and related fields.
  • Conduct thorough research and fact-checking to ensure accuracy and credibility.
  • Edit, proofread, and ensure content meets academic and publication standards.
  • Manage deadlines and deliver high-quality content consistently.

Qualifications

  • Technical Content Writing skills
  • Experience in developing Content Strategies and conducting Research
  • Proofreading skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in academic research or technical writing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (BE/ BTech/ BSc/ MSc/ MTech).

  • Freelance (Flexible hours; both full-time and part-time opportunities available)
