Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute lessons as per CBSE guidelines, integrating experiential and inquiry-based learning strategies.
- Create concept clarity through the use of real-life examples, projects, activities, and cross-disciplinary linkages.
- Regularly assess student learning through formative and summative assessments, and give timely feedback.
- Prepare students for CBSE board exams using a stress-free, concept-first approach that promotes deep understanding and thinking.
- Integrate ICT tools, audio-visual content, and digital resources to enhance teaching effectiveness.
- Design and develop high-quality question papers, worksheets, and assignments aligned with CBSE patterns and competency-based learning approaches
