Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Account Executive (Real Estate) role based on-site in the Bangalore Urban district. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. The day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, presenting our real estate solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The role also involves regular market analysis, tracking sales metrics, and coordinating with the marketing team to develop effective strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer relationship management and communication abilities
- Experience in market analysis and strategy development
- Proficiency in real estate market trends and industry standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
- Prior experience in the real estate sector is a plus
