Timings: 12.30 PM to 10 PM/1:30 PM to 11 PM

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Bookkeeper with experience in UK bookkeeping to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad.

Role Overview:

The Senior Executive - Accounts is responsible for ensuring efficient MIS operations, accurate data management, and timely reporting to support business decisions. This role also focuses on system optimization, email responsiveness, and training users to enhance the overall effectiveness of offshore accounting services.

Key Responsibilities:

TAT for Emails:
• Respond to clients and internal emails promptly within the designated timeframe.
• Ensure clear, concise, and professional communication.
• Follow up on pending queries to maintain smooth operations.

Report Generation and Timeliness:
• Generate and deliver MIS reports accurately and on time.
• Analyze financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure reports align with business requirements and stakeholder expectations.

System Maintenance and Optimization:
• Maintain and enhance the MIS system for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Implement improvements to optimize system functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with IT or relevant teams for troubleshooting and updates.

Data Accuracy and Integrity:
• Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of data in the MIS.
• Regularly audit data to identify and rectify discrepancies.
• Maintain compliance with financial reporting and accounting standards.

Training and Support:
• Provide training to MIS users to enhance system proficiency.
• Address user queries and troubleshooting issues related to MIS operations.
• Develop and update training materials as needed.

Essential Functions:
• Respond to emails within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
• Generate and deliver accurate and timely MIS reports for decision-making.
• Maintain and optimize the MIS system for efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
