  • Establish and monitor systems and processes to achieve project outcomes.
  • Ensure quality project deliverables and outreach to vulnerable groups.
  • Mobilize and coordinate SHG & Connecting SHG as per the process.
  • Maintain documentation, and monthly reports.
  • Coordinate with Police Stations, Sakhi Centre, DLSA, Protection Officers, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct gender training and capacity-building sessions for women and SHGs.
  • Support beneficiaries in accessing government schemes and required documentation.
  • Raise awareness about legal rights among women at the block (departmental) level.
  • Help women understand laws and legal provisions relevant to them.
  • Facilitate the formation of Internal Committees under the POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Act at the school level.
  • Establish and maintain coordination with other institutions and organizations.
  • Plan and organize joint programs at the village level in collaboration with these institutions.
  • Organize awareness programs at the block level focused on legal provisions and government schemes based on community needs.
  • Facilitate discussions on various issues with women based on their needs and concerns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹140, ₹300,000.00 per year
