About the Role:

We are looking for a
Senior PHP Developer
with extensive experience in
Laravel framework
,
MySQL
, and modern web technologies. You will play a pivotal role in
end-to-end application development
, lead
team projects
, and collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret
    SRS, design documents, and technical specifications
    for efficient development.
  • Lead
    Laravel-based web application development
    , ensuring
    best coding practices
    and performance optimization.
  • Manage
    source code control, versioning, and migrations
    including framework upgrades and database changes.
  • Provide
    technical mentorship
    to junior developers and foster a collaborative development environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, gather requirements, and propose
    scalable and robust technical solutions
    .
  • Collaborate with
    cross-functional teams
    to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for
    speed, scalability, and performance
    .

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong hands-on experience with
    PHP Laravel framework
    .
  • Proficiency in
    MySQL database design, optimization, and query tuning
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Ajax
    for front-end integration.
  • Knowledge of
    ReactJS
    is an added advantage.
  • Expertise in
    RESTful APIs

    MVC architecture

    object-oriented programming
    .
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience in
    performance tuning and debugging
    .
