Quality Control Inspector
Role Purpose:
Ensure pumps and components meet company and customer quality standards by conducting thorough inspections and measurements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products as per quality standards.
- Use measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, etc.) to check accuracy.
- Record inspection results and report deviations/non-conformities.
- Work with production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure adherence to ISO and internal quality processes.
Requirements:
- Age: Less than 30 years
- Qualification: Any discipline
- Experience: 2–4 years in QC inspection (preferably in mechanical/engineering industry).
Skills: Knowledge of inspection tools, eye for detail, documentation and reporting skills.
Production Support Assistant
Role Purpose:
Assist in production operations by supporting technicians and supervisors in day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance in assembly, finishing, and packaging as required.
- Handle material movement and basic workshop tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the production area.
- Follow safety practices and instructions from supervisors.
- Develop skills to grow into higher technical roles.
Requirements:
- Age: Less than 30 years
- Qualification: Any discipline
- Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year in a manufacturing setup.
- Skills: Willingness to learn, physical stamina, ability to follow instructions, team spirit.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
