Sports Manager

Position Overview:The Sports Manager will be responsible for organizing and coordinating sports programs and activities for students of the institute and Campus. This includes organizing and leading practices, games, and events, as well as promoting and recruiting participation in sports programs. The Sports Manager will also be responsible for maintaining equipment, facilities, and schedules, and working closely with other staffand students to ensure that all activities run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:1. Plan, organize, and lead practices, games, and events for students2. Promote and recruit participation in sports programs3.
Maintain equipment, facilities, and schedules4. Work closely with other staff and students to ensure that all activities run smoothly5. Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations6.
Coordinate with other departments and organizations to plan and execute events7. Provide guidance and mentorship to student athletes8. Maintaining records of budget, finances and equipment inventory9.
Ensure health and safety of participants during all sports activities
Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Management or Any related field2.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sports management or coaching3. Strong organizational and leadership skills4. Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and other stakeholders5.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills6. Strong knowledge of sports rules and regulations7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team8.
Ability to work flexible hours and weekends9. Knowledge of budget management and record keeping
The Sports Manager will be required to work on weekends and evenings as needed tosupport sports events. This is a full-time position.Share your resume at – **************
