Role & responsibilities

Revenue & Land Approvals:

• Handle Telangana-specific revenue proceedings, including NALA conversions, NOCs, and government approvals.
• Guide the university in dealing with Dharani portal updates, registration, and mutation processes.

Land Records & Compliance:

• Verify and maintain accurate land records (ROR 1B, Pahani, ECs, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with Telangana revenue acts and land laws.

Government Liaisoning:

• Liaise with state revenue authorities (MRO, RDO, Collectorate) for clearances and approvals.
• Represent the university in official revenue-related proceedings.

Advisory & Strategic Support:

• Provide expert advice on revenue policies, land regulations, and statutory obligations.
• Support the management in strategic decisions involving land and property.

Dispute Resolution:

• Assist in resolving land-related disputes and government queries effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

Retired MRO or RDO from Telangana State with extensive knowledge of Telangana Revenue Department procedures.

• Minimum 20 years of service in land and revenue administration.
• Strong network and working relationships within Telangana government departments.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in Telangana revenue processes, Dharani portal, and registration laws.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Telugu and English communication.
