*Role Purpose*

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to manage, deploy, and support IT infrastructure services at e.surv. You will play a key role in expanding Azure adoption, maintaining email, server, security, and network solutions, and mentoring junior engineers in their career growth.

*Key Responsibilities*

Implement IT infrastructure services as per the strategic roadmap & business projects

Drive adoption of Cloud technologies & Infrastructure as Code

Manage lifecycle of IT infrastructure (design, deployment, security, retirement)

Provide daily support for Cloud Infrastructure (servers, storage, networks)

Support Active Directory, Exchange, File & Print Services

Collaborate with extended technical partners for IT service management

Act as an escalation point for junior engineers

Maintain IT Asset Register, root cause analysis, & problem resolution

Ensure compliance with ISO27001 standards and data security best practices

*Essential Skills & Expertise*

Hands-on with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, App Services)

Strong knowledge of Azure Networking, Entra ID & Cloud Security

Experience in Active Directory, Azure AD, GPO

Good exposure to VPN, Cloudflare, Azure VDI

Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and networking protocols

Backup & Restore management

Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022

Excellent problem-solving & communication skills

CI/CD pipelines & DevOps practices

Infrastructure as Code (ARM/Bicep)

ITIL Foundation certified

Linux administration experience

Azure Monitor, Log Analytics & Monitoring setup

Intune / MDM / Conditional Access

DR & BCP operations experience
