Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a MERN Stack Developer located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The MERN Stack Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, , React, ) stack. Daily tasks will include coding, testing, debugging, and deploying applications. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, and ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. They will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in MERN stack development.
  • Proficiency in MongoDB, , React, and
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred
  • Experience with UI/UX design principles is a plus
  • Experience with cloud services and deployment is a plus
