Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle
    domestic and international sales inquiries
    via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Conduct
    cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups
    to acquire new clients.
  • Maintain and update
    customer databases, sales records, and reports
    .
  • Execute and support
    email campaigns, quotations, and order processing
    .
  • Assist the sales team with
    documentation, coordination, and client communication
    .
  • Perform
    data entry tasks
    with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure
    smooth order execution
    .

Requirements:

  • Graduate in
    Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
    .
  • 1–3 years of experience in
    Sales / Business Development / Data Entry
    . (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.)
  • Good knowledge of
    MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM tools
    .
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
