• Participate in the planning and execution of ServiceNow upgrades and patches.


•
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams and SOPs.


•
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ServiceNow platform stability and performance.


•
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform and its modules.
