Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our jewellery business growth. The ideal candidate will handle both domestic and international sales, manage a team, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Generate leads and convert B2B opportunities
  • Build and manage client relationships (retailers, wholesalers, exporters)
  • Lead exhibitions, branding campaigns, and digital promotions
  • Collaborate with design and production teams for custom orders
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of experience in jewellery or luxury goods industry
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities
  • Willingness to travel when needed
