Role & responsibilities

The Accountant is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate books of accounts, preparing statutory reports, and ensuring compliance with Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • B.Com/M.Com or equivalent with strong accounting foundation.
  • 25 years of experience in Indian accounting and compliance.
  • Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic ERP/financial software.
  • Solid understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory filings.
  • Experience in bank reconciliation, AP/AR, invoicing, and payroll.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to manage deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with auditors.
  • Integrity, reliability, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
