Ketalk by Prestige Global is a creative media and production house based in Edapally, Kochi, focusing on film promotions, content creation, and brand communication. We are looking for a confident and energetic individual to join our team as a Junior Marketing & Telecalling Executive to assist with client outreach, campaign coordination, and basic marketing tasks.

Job Summary:

This dual-role position involves basic marketing coordination, telecalling for lead generation, client follow-up, and supporting promotional activities. Ideal for freshers looking to build a career in media, marketing, or communication.

Key Responsibilities:Telecalling:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and partners.
  • Explain our services and upcoming projects clearly and confidently.
  • Follow up on leads via phone and WhatsApp.
  • Maintain call records and update CRM or lead sheets.

Marketing Support:

  • Assist in executing promotional campaigns for films or events.
  • Help coordinate with clients, influencers, or vendors.
  • Distribute promotional materials online or offline as needed.
  • Participate in on-ground or online marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (Malayalam & English).
  • Confident phone manner and a friendly attitude.
  • Basic understanding of marketing and promotions (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Good time management and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, etc. (a plus).
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a creative environment.
