Role Description

This is an internship role with a hybrid work model based in Kolkata, allowing for some remote flexibility. Interns will assist in areas such as content creation, research, brand engagement, community outreach, and administrative tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities may include writing articles, handling event coordination, conducting user research, and assisting with digital campaigns. The role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience while making a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including content writing and article creation
  • Familiarity with research and analytical tools to gather insights and present findings
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and community engagement

  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is advantageous
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative independently
  • Interest in education, career development, or youth-centered initiatives is a plus
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's or equivalent program
