Skid Operation:

  • Operate and monitor the skid systems used in the formulation, mixing, and preparation of parenteral solutions.
  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot automated and manual systems for drug production.
  • Ensure that all equipment functions properly and meets regulatory requirements.

Process Monitoring & Documentation:

  • Monitor process parameters such as pressure, temperature, and flow rates to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Accurately document all production activities, including batch records, equipment calibration logs, and process deviations in accordance with SOPs.
  • Perform in-process checks and ensure product quality at all stages of production.

Equipment Maintenance:

  • Conduct routine cleaning and minor maintenance of the skid systems, including inspections and replacements of parts when necessary.
  • Assist in identifying and troubleshooting any mechanical or system malfunctions and escalate issues to maintenance personnel as needed.

Compliance & Safety:

  • Adhere to all safety guidelines, quality standards, and GMP regulations.
  • Participate in regular safety audits and quality assurance checks to ensure the production process aligns with industry standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas in accordance with cGMP and safety regulations.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with the quality control, engineering, and production teams to ensure smooth operations and product quality.
  • Participate in shift handovers to ensure continuity and address any ongoing issues or required actions.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Provide input for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Participate in training sessions and safety drills to maintain a high level of competency in equipment handling and pharmaceutical production.
