Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders across various age groups.

Key Responsibilities:

For Audiologists:

  • Conduct diagnostic audiological evaluations (PTA, Tympanometry, OAE, BERA, etc.).
  • Fit and program hearing aids and other amplification devices.
  • Provide pre- and post-cochlear implant assessments and rehabilitation.
  • Counsel patients and their families regarding hearing loss, device usage, and rehabilitation plans.
  • Maintain detailed records of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

  • BASLP or M.Sc. in Audiology from a recognized institution.

Experience:

  • BASLP with 2-4 years of experience or
    M.Sc. in Audiology/ MASLP with minimum 1 year of experience.

Skills:

  • Clinical expertise in diagnostics and therapy.
  • Strong interpersonal and counseling skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Empathy and commitment to patient well-being.
