Hello,Greeting's from ZettaMine Job Title: SAP VIM ConsultantExperience: 4 to 8 YearsLocation: Pan IndiaEmployment Type: Full-Time / PermanentJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented SAP VIM Consultant with 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) by OpenText. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounts payable processes, SAP ERP/S/4HANA integration, and VIM configurations.

This is a Pan India role with flexible working options. Key Responsibilities:Implement, configure, and support OpenText VIM integrated with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.Understand and analyze business requirements related to invoice processing and translate them into functional specifications. Set up VIM workflows, approval hierarchies, exception handling, and roles.

Collaborate with the finance, procurement, and IT teams for smooth project execution. Work with ArchiveLink, ICC/ICR, and OCR solutions for invoice capture and data extraction. Handle incident management, performance tuning, and end-user training.

Ensure compliance with financial and document management policies. Support UAT and go-live activities, and provide post-implementation support. Required Skills:4–8 years of experience in SAP VIM (OpenText) implementation or support.

Strong knowledge of SAP Accounts Payable processes and their integration with MM and FI.Hands-on experience in configuring VIM scenarios and exception handling. Familiarity with OCR tools and invoice capture technologies (e.g., OpenText ICC/ICR or VIM Capture Center). Experience with SAP Fiori apps related to VIM (preferred).
