We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager, DAAI

Business: Intl Wealth & Premier Banking

Principal responsibilities

• The work would primarily involve around using customer data and application of statistical tools and techniques to achieve following:
• Help to develop business insights generated from customer data
• Support Regulatory reporting for HSBC and external regulators
• Develop various dashboard and reporting framework and managing those
• Develop strong understanding of the market business and products, and align the analytics solution accordingly
• Develop stong data understanding of the assigned market

Requirements : 

• 2 to 6 years of hands-on analytics experience solving complex business problems using data. Bachelors/ Masters degree from reputed university in statistics, economics or any other quantitative fields
• Strong analytical skills with business analysis experience or equivalent. Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations preferred.
• Good programming skills and sound theoretical knowledge of R, Python, SAS, SQL or other equivalent analytical tools is required
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas 
• Ability to visualise datasets and tell a story through data. Experience with Looker, GDS, Qliksense, Tableau or other data visualisation tools preferred
• Ability to critically think about problem sets and challenge assumptions
• Python, GCP, Big Query, Looker, PowerBI, Regulatory Reporting
