Role Summary:

We are looking for a
passionate and customer-focused Beauty Advisor
to join our
Mumbai The Trees store
. You will be the
face of the brand
, guiding customers in their
luxury skincare, personal care, and fragrance journeys

exceptional in-store experience
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized consultations and product recommendations
    to customers.
  • Demonstrate product usage
    and educate customers on the
    benefits of Kimirica products
    .
  • Maintain high standards
    of
    store presentation, product displays, and inventory
    .
  • Achieve sales targets
    and contribute to
    store performance
    .
  • Build long-term relationships
    with customers, ensuring
    repeat engagement
    .
  • Stay updated
    on
    product knowledge, brand story, and luxury beauty trends
    .

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in
    beauty retail, luxury skincare, or fragrance sales
    is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    .
  • Customer-centric mindset
    with a passion for
    luxury beauty products
    .
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
    .
  • Flexible to work on weekends and holidays
