Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an Agentic AI and GenAI Engineer. The engineer will design, implement, and fine-tune Generative AI models and data pipelines using tools like LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and FastAPI. Key responsibilities include developing RAG-based (retrieval-augmented generation) architectures, fine-tuning models with techniques like LoRA and QLoRA, and optimizing performance for domain-specific NLP applications. The role also entails collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver secure, efficient, and scalable AI solutions aligned with global regulatory standards such as GDPR and the EU AI Act.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, with experience in designing and scaling AI/ML systems
  • Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and distributed computing
  • Specialization in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including domain-specific training of Generative AI models
  • Proficiency in Software Development, particularly using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and FastAPI
  • Experience with LangChain, RAG, and fine-tuning models using LoRA/QLoRA methodologies
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act) and standards like NIST or ISO 27001
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields
