About the Role

We are looking for a talented
Framer Developer

to join our team and help bring design concepts to life through interactive, high-performance web experiences. You'll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to turn creative ideas into responsive, functional, and visually stunning digital products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and optimize websites and web applications using
    Framer

.

  • Translate Figma/Sketch designs into functional and interactive prototypes or fully developed websites.

  • Implement responsive layouts and ensure cross-browser/device compatibility.

  • Develop custom interactions, animations, and micro-interactions within Framer.

  • Work with APIs and integrate third-party tools or services as needed.

  • Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and design accuracy.

  • Continuously optimize site performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.

  • Stay up to date with Framer's latest features, web development trends, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with
    Framer

(proven portfolio of projects is a plus).

  • Proficiency in
    HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

(React knowledge preferred since Framer is React-based).

  • Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser development.

  • Experience working with APIs and dynamic data in Framer.

  • Understanding of web performance optimization and SEO fundamentals.

  • Strong eye for design details, typography, spacing, and animations.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with version control (Git/GitHub).

Familiarity with TypeScript.

Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).

Prior work in a startup or fast-paced environment.
