Role & responsibilities

  • Responsible for Credit underwriting, credit Appraisals of Consumer Durable/ Personal Loans.
  • Manage credit quality and control delinquencies.
  • Understand credit policy and processes as well as credit environment in the city / branch.
  • Ensuring 100% screening of new applications.
  • Responsible for checking online profiling of customer in fastest mode.
  • Managing Post Disbursement Verification.
  • Investigation on pre acquisition fraud's.
  • Managing Weekly and Monthly MIS and Trackers.
  • Monitor and enforce approval rate and TAT as per prescribed standards.
  • Sharing of best practices and trend for respective locations.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Looking for Freshers graduates of 2024/2025, interested to join the credit verification team.
  • Must know Telugu/ Malayalam or Kannada.
  • Should be flexible working in day shifts with compensatory week off
  • Good communication and pleasing personality
