  • Greet and seat customers promptly and courteously.
  • Present the menu and assist customers in choosing items.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
  • Serve orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
  • Clear tables, reset them for new guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
  • Assist in closing duties such as restocking and cleaning.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and cashier staff for smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a waiter/waitress preferred (training can be provided).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Well-groomed appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle busy shifts.
  • Team player with good time management skills.
  • Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
