Job Title: Shopify Developer / DesignerAbout the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Shopify Developer to design, customize, and maintain our online jewelry store. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Shopify themes, Liquid coding, app integrations, and responsive design. This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and a strong understanding of UI/UX for e-commerce, ensuring our website delivers a seamless, engaging, and conversion-friendly shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shopify Development & Customization
  • Design, develop, and customize Shopify themes according to brand requirements.
  • Work with Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript for advanced customization.
  • Create and customize pages, product listings, menus, and checkout flows.
  • Implement mobile-first responsive design for a smooth shopping experience.
  • App Integration & Functionality
  • Integrate and configure Shopify apps (payments, reviews, SEO, email marketing, etc.).
  • Optimize website speed, SEO, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
  • UI/UX & Branding
  • Collaborate with management to bring brand vision and storytelling into the website.
  • Ensure modern, elegant, and user-friendly design aligned with luxury jewelry branding.
  • Improve navigation, search filters, and product categorization for better conversions.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in Shopify website development.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, and APIs.
  • Experience with Shopify Plus and theme customization is a big advantage.
  • Understanding of e-commerce best practices, SEO, and digital marketing integrations.
  • Strong eye for design, attention to detail, and ability to translate brand identity into a website.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver projects within deadlines.
