Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled School Nurse to join our institution in Goregaon, Mumbai. The School Nurse will be responsible for promoting the health and well-being of students and staff by providing medical care, first aid, and health education within the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first aid and basic medical care to students and staff as needed.
  • Maintain accurate health records and student medical files.
  • Administer prescribed medications and monitor students' health conditions.
  • Handle medical emergencies and coordinate with doctors or hospitals when required.
  • Conduct regular health check-ups and assist in health awareness programs.
  • Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards within the school premises.
  • Counsel students on health, hygiene, and nutrition-related topics.
  • Maintain stock of first-aid supplies and medical equipment.
  • Liaise with parents regarding students' medical concerns when necessary.

  • Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergencies.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
