Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Consultant based in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with property transactions, providing excellent customer service, and closing sales. Other responsibilities include conducting property tours, following up with leads, and maintaining relationships with clients and developers. The role also includes participating in training sessions to stay updated with market trends and real estate laws.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Real Estate Sales and General Sales techniques
  • Strong Customer Service and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Experience and knowledge in the Real Estate market
  • Ability to participate in and benefit from Training sessions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
