We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Associate to join our team at MARRIOTT BONVOY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and provide support when needed.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventories, and staff performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies, along with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are needed to resolve guest complaints and concerns professionally.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
