About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and passionate Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, an artistic vision, and the technical expertise to capture high-quality images across various projects such as weddings, pre-weddings, maternity shoots, baby shoots, corporate events, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture professional, high-quality photographs as per project requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients and creative team to understand shoot concepts.
  • Set up lighting, backgrounds, and necessary equipment for shoots.
  • Edit and retouch images to deliver polished final outputs.
  • Manage and maintain photography equipment in good working condition.
  • Meet project deadlines and deliverables.
  • Stay updated with photography trends and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Photographer (portfolio required).
  • Knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment.
  • Proficiency in editing software (Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Strong sense of creativity, composition, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Salary & Probation:

  • Probation Period: 2 months.
  • During probation: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 (depending on portfolio and skills).
  • After successful completion of probation: Salary will be revised based on performance.
